No added fat

Another busy day at work and plenty of rain going to and from work...

After work, while I was in a council meeting, my better-half made some chocolate brownies that have "no added fat". They have baking chocolate, flour, sugar, and egg, but use apple instead of fat. As the recipe is French she also had to cut the amount of sugar as standard British baking chocolate has a lot more sugar in than French. The fruit adds a little sweetness, fibre and pectin - which helps to hold them together. The taste very nice and have the most amazing taste and melt in the mouth effect - well I had to taste them...!
