Felt crap thi morning after being up during the night. Walked Juno round the local streets.

Work was a deferment of controls.

Home and eco daughter headed to football, I cleaned out the football cupboard and threw out heaps of old kit and balls that were no good.

Home and bed.

One of my tatties has expired.
