On the steps of St Paul's

We had an unplanned picnic here and our little bookworm cosied up while A snoozed, both sweetly oblivious to where we were, the pigeons, crowds and traffic. We also checked out Barbican, the fountains were a big hit, a brief dash through the exhibition in The Curve and discovering The Children's Library. And, we even braved Oxford Street, gulp before the bus home, sitting on the back seat! Quick turnaround at home before a brilliant birthday pizza at our new local (ish) Franco Mancas. Every other Chiswick family had the same idea but it was good and E devoured an entire 12 inch pizza.
