October Sunday Morning

Woken up at 6.30am this morning by two things: J leaving for the airport, and the Mermaid Triathlon participants arriving at the transition area in the car park right by our house.

Might as well get up and wander down to the beach, get a coffee, chat to friends, watch women running in, take in some sunshine.
