Just enjoyed a fine Italian feast, celebrating my son's nineteenth birthday.

Either side of Cardiff's Wyndham Arcade, built in 1887, are the restaurants Ask & Bill's (pictured here). This area's been named the 'Café Quarter', & offers an incredible choice of eateries & bars.
