Should I stay or should I go?

So logically Thailand is excellent: I like where I live, my job is so much less stressful and fits easily within office hours, my weekends and evenings are fun and adventurous and this is a great base to travel to from.

However anything that resembles putting roots down and would make it more difficult to go home like buying a scooter or furniture and decorations for my condo, or signing a contract for the internet I can't make myself do. I just can't seem to take the next step and admit to myself that I'm staying. I have no idea idea why. Life is good here. So why don't I want to stay?
