Chosen one

Introducing William Bear. Don't get too attached, he is only a weekend visitor and this will probably be his only blip appearance, but never wanting to discourage a blip request he is here today. And a great relief on a day when thinking of my own blip might have been a little challenging - which answers the question of how last night went!

William Bear is the nursery class bear who goes home with a different child each Friday to spend the weekend. To create maximum stress enjoyment for the child he comes complete with a backpack filled with 3 outfits, pyjamas, a hairbrush and a toothbrush. He also keeps a diary. With our turn being half way through we get to see a lot of the other entries. Frankly, I am very disappointed with the other parents. Quite literally pages and pages of entries with photo after photo after photo. Who are they kidding - most of these kids can't even read yet. I probably won't have much input to our entry as I am off doing play related stuff for the majority of it but I'm hoping Carl will do a proper job with one photo and a paragraph, or maybe two if something very exciting happens.

In spite of that, I do think it is a great idea. The look of pure joy as Anna ran out of her nursery class with her news was a heart-leaping moment.

Other than that, a joyously undemanding day that will end with dinner and a dvd snuggled under the duvet.
