It was Anglo Saxon day at school

As any working parents will know these themed days at school are always met with huge sighs . There aren't many of us have the time , sewing machines or skill to run up a quick outfit

" No need to feel pressured" said school " Just send her in something casual with a rope round her waist "

As you can see we really tried with the shoes side of things . Lee Cooper- a strong Anglo Saxon name if ever I heard of one !

The rest of the outfit may have been Greco Roman by mistake, but at least she was casual

Note to schools next time can you just have " Pyjamas with jam smeared down the front " Day . I can probably manage that.
