The madness begins...

First day of the Festival Fringe and I was at the Pleasance to see Simon Amstell.
Spent a bit of time in the courtyard before the show. It's still pretty quiet, so it seemed like there were more staff than show-goers some of the time.
But there were still plenty of annoying loudmouths and postulating show offs to make it entertaining (Except for the VERY loud and VERY annoying people in the queue behind us!)
As for the show, well it was a preview so the routine was stilted at times, but Simon Amstell is very funny, clever and entertaining. Recommended to anyone who can laugh at sometimes black situations and that isn't expecting too many Preston/Chantelle jokes!
