The Great Texan Bake Off.

I got up late this morning and since Texann had a couple of errands to run I decided to risk the Texan EBOLA panic and pop out for lunch. I went to a Puerto Rican Restaurant and had a Mofongo. It was very tasty. On my way home I popped into our newest Supermarket addition which has opened just down the road from us to get some ingredients for baking a Meyer Lemon Pistachio Tart and got distracted by their display of tasty treats.
