I wish

Too many tenant troubles, tenants at Joe's house complaining about leaking velux window, builder checked it, only leaks when left open in the rain!!
Prospective tenants make arrangements then don't stick to them :-(
IOM tenants have pulled out, and so has the agent, good riddance to them all.
But this means LCB won't pay for the building work , which is scheduled for next week, and the builder has bought the materials and left a window in his diary:-(
I need some peace.

On a good note, DD came back fir the evening, she'd been playing footy against sheffield hallam, did I tell you she's in the Manchester university first team?
I cooked a cheesey vegetable pie and Brussels sprouts, followed by bannoffee cheese cake, we love it, we do!!!
