Holy Cow

So today didn't go to plan.....does it ever. Big ideas as always but.....got up late, got home late, couldn't get motivated, messed about.
Dentist this afternoon £44....holy cow!!!.... to stick my gold crown back in with no guarantees it will stay there!!! It is just going to have to for now, so I will treat it with extra special care.
