Proper Lasagne

It's been bucketing it down all day so it was nice to go out and have a proper lasagne tonight. Proper lasagne? Yes, one with a couple of layers of pasta interspersed with a meat ragu and bechamel sauce as opposed to one of those multi-storey 5" high squares of dry heavy pasta with a few bits of meat and a million different cheeses sandwiched between them.

It was delicious!
