Laugh At The Moon

I hadn't planned to take a series of bird pics - it's just that the birds have been queuing up for their moments of fame!

As the sun rose I heard the unmistakeable sound of a Laughing Kookaburra, and there it was, on the telephone wire. They are members of the Kingfisher family though nowhere near as shy!

I'm making progress with the house rental application; it's been sent in via email together with scans of some 15 supporting documents and lists of references and referees. The agent phoned to say he thought we were nearly there and only need the owner's approval.
