248 [time drags]

It was a long day today - with the computer systems down, there wasn't much to do. I spent hours on the phone trying to sort out a problem we've had for a while, and there was a cake trolley came round raising money for British Heart Foundation's 'Wear Red' day. I had my blood pressure checked too... it's normal, which is nice. :)

The snow seems to have stopped, for now at least. The car park has been cleared, so I'm hoping for a weekend thaw now.
