Paris 13th-Panorama

A panoramic view from our 4th floor apartment on Rue des Peupliers in Paris's 13th arrondissement (at 16:44 in the afternoon), where we're staying for three months through the end of March. We feel enormously privileged to be able to look out on this expanse; the view is roughly SSE (I think).

Of course most of this winter we've mainly seen clouds (though just at his point there were fewer than I might have wanted). The street below is fun to watch as well, with a regular bus (the 57), cars, and pedestrians--and of course street cleaners (see my blip from just yesterday, 24/2). Earlier blips included night views (14/2 and 16 /2) and a rainbow on 18/2. Never a dull moment.

I combined four vertical shots (taken handheld) in the panorama, using the photomerge function in Photoshop CS4.
