Downtown Alkmaar

In the city of Alkmaar in the summer months there is the cheese market. A traditional event where as of old a cheese is conducted.
The building is the Waag. It is currently the cheese museum.
A visit is of course not just the cheese market. Alkmaar also has many other attractions, terraces and shops and of course the canals.
