Shap Beck Quarry

This quarry is just over the hill going east from us. It seems to have changed shape recently.
They are also extending northwards as they have longstanding permission from after the second world war and so have diverted the bridleway. A big stand of beech trees to still there and we're hoping they will survive, even if they are being masked by newly planted trees.
