Omne

Today I finished the job of preparing the boat for the winter, covering it with tarpaulins to keep it dry through the snowy winter.
On the way there I pass Omne lake and on the other side of the lake Omne mountain. Nestling between the lake and the mountain is this small farm.
Omne mountain (Omneberget) faces south and therefore gets a lot of sun and has a micro-climate which means there are plants growing here which really belong much further south. Spring also comes early to the rocky cliffs, but there's a while to wait before spring arrives. For the moment we'll enjoy the autumn and wait for the winter.
