Hooray for Photography

I have entered a new journey in my life, becoming a photographer. I have completed step one in this journey: getting a high end digital camera with several lenses as opposed to my shoot and click autofocus. My son dropped that one on the floor a few too many times and it broke so I had the accidental opportunity to purchase a new one. The idea of this was so exciting and I crossed over to Ebay right away. Hours and hours and hours went by. My eyes were itchy, and then there it was, the Canon EOS with 5 lense kit for under a thousand dollers brand new. The gods were looking down on me that very moment, I felt so lucky. Alas, this photograph is the premier of the use of my new camera and 75-300mm lense and the beginning of a wonderful part of my life.
