Start wearing purple

Someone recently pointed out to me (in a very kindly way - this is blipland, after all, and we're all nice to each other here), that taking shots of artists' work is an easy blip - the artists do all the months of hard work, and the photographer comes along and snaps it in an instant. Quite right - but the same is true of, for example, sunsets. Mother nature slogs her guts out for zillions of years to create the conditions for the perfect sky, only for a photographer to come along and claim the plaudits.
