Battered & Bruised....

....but still pretty I think :) Quince blossom.

We have experienced and still are gale force nor-westerly winds. They have knocked the garden somewhat, along with the 26 deg temperatures. I left it to the end of the day hoping the wind would moderate enough to get a blip from the garden. It has and I did!!

I fade dramatically in this sort of weather, god knows how I will cope with three weeks in Townsville over the Christmas New Year period.

Went to our local Rhodo Nursery (just down our road, too handy) this afternoon, bought two and have got my name on another six to collect next autumn. Any more and I will have to extend the garden!!!!
