A wedding week no:5 the happy couple since 2011

I am posting early as so much to do today before travelling down to London this afternoon. So today I wanted to bring H up to date and provide a selection of pics since M and H got together properly in January 2011.

H was in Hong Kong whilst I was on sabbatical in 2010-11. She had got a job as a dental nurse but had to apply for a work permit. Whilst waiting she went off to explore Vietnam and then returned to coincide with the projected six week wait. Unfortunately there had been an error and it was going to be a further six weeks. H had run out of money and did not know whether she should wait or not. In the end she decided to return to the UK which happened in the end very quickly in early Jan 2011. Her intention was to fulfil a lifelong ambition to live and work in Holland. This was her clear plan.

In conversations with H before I returned to UK in May 2011 the plans for Holland were figuring less and less and talk of her new boyfriend, M, took its place. From the time I met M and saw them together they looked such a great match and the relationship has developed over the past three years. They are so at ease in each other's company and get on so well I was not surprised when M mentioned he was going to ask H to marry him. Fortunately, on a boat in the middle of Lake Windermere, she said yes and now we reach the end point, or start point tomorrow. I am really so happy for them.
