Belated Birthday

Someone knows me well. I got some personalised sloe gin and my own special measure glass as a belated birthday present from my Mum and Barry today. Just about to settle down and try it.

Dinner tonight is homemade spinach and ricotta cannelloni. actually it is spinach and Philadelphia as I forgot to order ricotta. it was a bit of a faff to make so I hope it is worth it.
