Back on the road

Ok so I didn't make it through the ballot for the London marathon but I am still inspired to run a marathon in the coming year so watch this space.

I was back on the road running this evening after having signed up earlier in the week to run 10k for the British Heart Foundation in memory of my father in 2 weeks time.

This is the running top I got as a consolation prize for not getting through the ballot. It was also an inspiration this evening as I felt like a pro while running.

As Thomas Edison once said 'Genius is 1% of inspiration & 99% perspiration'.

You can say the same for running.
