Nostalgia

K & I took a trip down to Fife today to visit Grandad. I did take my camera but I didn't get round to taking any photos!
Mr H was just finishing work when we got home tonight, so he started making dinner. On the menu tonight was spicy corned beef hash. It's from a recipe that my Mum (who passed away 14 years) cut out of a magazine at least 25 years ago. I remember eating it as a teenager, it's one that definitely comes under the headings of winter warmer and comfort food!
