Creeper

There was a brief period of sun this morning, nicely lighting up this scene.

I love the shape of this creeper against the wall of the cottage. But more than that, I love the way the tiny crocusses, just pushing their head through the soil, are acting as an early Spring appetiser for the main Summer event - when this creeper bursts into leaf and blossom. An event which I'll make sure I photograph as well.
