Day off, so I lazed all morning. I did do things, but not quickly. At midday I went to the shops, and got stranded by the rain - it was a good excuse to look in all the charity shops though.

Back home and I made Ma's birthday cake - a giant cinnamon swirl.

In the evening me and the boys went up the road to Oxfork to try out their new evening menu, and to say goodbye to Francis - he moves out on Saturday. I had squash tortilla, rosemary chips and crispy kale. It was all amazing. My dessert was a sticky toffee apple pudding. Drool.

Francis liked his leaving present, and me and G cycled part of the way home on bikes that were slightly too big for us both. We watched Friends at home, just like old times.
