Unveiling the past

This evening I decided to take a shot of a shop near to where I live that is been done up. As you can see part of the old shop sign is still in place from when it was a self service dry cleaners in the 70's , so I thought i would make for a good blip.
As a kid i use to live just up the road from it and over the many years it has been a bike shop then a fruit and veg shop and then back to a bike shop. So i was quite amazed that after all these years the old sign was still in place under the fascia that had been put over the top of it.

Well the weekend has arrived and i now have a week off work to look forward to :)
