Oasis

I ventured out of the village today and went to Morrisons in Keighley. It happens to be next to Keighley Parish Church, so making the most of a lovely sunny day I had a quick meander to see if I could get a good shot of the church. Mum and dad were married there over 59 years ago and I was Christened there too. I have been to various family christening, weddings and funerals there over the years , and walk past it probably weekly , but I am ashamed to say I never realised this grave yard was there. I knew of all the wonderful grave stones that now form the path around the perimeter of the church, but not this bit. Not sure how I'd ever missed it but that is the beauty of blip. There are lots of interesting inscriptions in there so I will be back, but I could not believe that a little oasis like this was in the middle of Keighley and that I had never realised before.

Enjoyed the fresh air but not done much else since. Hoping to get to the blip meet Bradford City Hall 14:45.

Thank you all for your kind wishes this last couple of weeks
