Lone swan ...

At the start of the week there were four, then three teenage swans. Then on Wednesday morning one of the teenage swans decided to land on the A1 just along from the BPC1. Apparently someone got out of their car and guided the teenager over onto the bank and then 2 people came along and collected him/her. I wasn't at work at that point but received an update. The teenager wasn't hit (I was told) just confused. So on Wednesday afternoon there were 2 teenage swans. Today there was one. One teenage swan and some duck friends ...
