Home but heartbroken

After a long journey we're glad to be home but the reality of living 10,000 ish miles from family is hard. Alzheimer's disease is an incredibly cruel illness which has robbed my dad of the ability to do pretty much everything. Dad is fading and technology doesn't allow me to sit and stroke his hand; it's heartbreaking.
