Idle and wild

After a tennis lesson and swim in the sea it's just about time to grab the old man's iPod and listen to a bit of Idlewild.

Me.... apart from taking the photo I was lying trying to recover from the morning cycle. Turned up at the bike hut and it was full of skinny Belgians and Germans and I was about the only one with any leg hair. Set off at a cracking pace and maintained it, only managed a couple of breathers when two of the boys got punctures and we then stopped for a coffee. Good ride all the same and excellent kit.
