Feeling thankful

We met this young man walking his little dog this afternoon - not met him before. I called the dogs to me for leads on as soon as I saw the chair and did not notice the little dog until we got closer - such a lively little chap on a long flexi lead, but he did briefly retreat under the chair when confronted by 4 much bigger dogs. As we continued on our separate ways I felt so thankful for my health and strength and admiring of the young man who took the trouble to give his little dog a 'proper' walk.
