Step in to our office

Today was hard work. S and I met in The Regent at 5pm and from 5:20 onwards we had ten minute interview slots with all the people that want to join the White Warriors at Beltane. It was really hard going and there were so many people with amazing views and such passion and drive. By the end of it both of us were nicely anesthetised unable to think a single thought.

It was a really useful process though as it gave us a fantastic idea of people that we wouldn't have got from just speaking to them casually and it challenged our views of a few people too.

The seat in the picture above is the nice big scary interview chair.
