Blustery Day

Having been busy at work all week and late home most days, I haven't had a chance to walk much.

This morning the sun was shining and although it was windy we decided to go walking. Didn't mean to walk so far but by the time we got home my fitbit told us we had walked 11 miles. over 25,000 steps. We passed these kite surfers, one of them was struggling in the water to get his flying again. The water must have been freezing!

Carryout has been ordered for tea and a relaxing night in front of the tv! I'm sure I will feel the effects tomorrow !
