At the Undercroft.

The space under the Memorial gardens by Norwich market is known as The Undercroft,it used to be used as storage for the market traders,
and now its used as a city centre arts space,this as been made from cycle wheels and it can be pushed around.It is part of the Norwich fringe festival.
