Conkers

It was an unbelievable 19 deg C today in Coldstream where we are staying with the out laws.

We had a good walk in the woods where we found an enormous Horse Chestnut tree. It was quite windy and the conkers were raining down. I do like them when they are fresh.

Conkers were gathered and strung on strings so that the grandparents could teach the kids how to play. Much fun was had.
