Castle in the Hills
Ventured out today in spite of the grey skies and showers and was rewarded with the odd burst of sunshine. I don't know if I've altered the settings on my camera by accident, but I wasn't happy with the lighting in any of my shots in spite of changing the aperture and shutter speed. Maybe it was just the greyness!
This is a castle in the Angus hills which is private and not open to the public. I think it looks more like a grand house than a castle, but it's lovely anyway.
We somehow managed to find our way again to the Glenshee Pottery, where coffee and scones were consumed and a bag of shortbread purchased to bring home. How did that happen?!!
