Bike Mechanic

I met this young fellow today when he was checking the city bikes on the stand in Killermont Street. He took some off to test for any faults and then made a few adjustments. I suppose there's a big liability on the part of Glasgow City Council to make sure the bikes are maintained properly for the public to use safely. He looked a bit incongruous in his hard core cycling gear while he was riding the heavy looking city bikes, but he was very nice to chat with.

I've had a very busy (and at times stressful) week and just haven't had much time to comment on journals and next week won't be much better. I'm heading to Manchester tomorrow to go wedding dress shopping with Anna.
