Back to the grind

Managed to force myself to the gym then pool this morning. We then went to IKEA, lunch and food shopping.

Karen & I went to the beach, while the lad played at home on the computer I tried to get pictures of the sea planes, but they were just too far out.

The luggage arrived from the UK, just in time for bed.
