Hurricane Ana Churns Southeast of the Islands

It's currently raining and has been from late morning; sky is leaden, but it looks like Ana is passing far enough south of us to spare its full fury.

Friends meeting to surf make time for a stretch before going in the water. The plume in the background against the rocks is the Halona Blowhole, which was really spouting today as waves crashed all around the rocks. I have blipped the blowhole before but usually looking down on it; this is a sideways view from Sandy Beach.

Crossing fingers, toes and elbows seems to be working !
