The Last Train Before Sunset

1st parkrun since the Marathon, not bad considering the cava the night before, oh and I got to wear my shiny new garmin which was delivered to me as a surprise gift on Thursday ( I have good running friends )

The afternoon was spent shopping with the girls . I hate shopping and yet am sure this is about the 4th blip recently wherein I have mentioned the S word. I
am not sure what's happened to me.

However, it all went ahead with little trauma and it was almost ( I said almost) worth being out in Leeds to see the lovely sunsets .
