Pumpkin Soup

Early start... couldn't sleep... decided to make a start on chopping the pumpkin before making soup.

Update (after lunch)... I enjoyed the soup, it was smooth and creamy. I followed the recipe but will leave out the cinnamon if I ever make it again. N wasn't keen at all and said he doesn't want it again. So, I have frozen the remaining four portions and will take them to work for lunches over the next few weeks.
