pleasure
to my sodden brain

the west wind

at my back
hurrying me

the sky

struggles open

sun comes through
on the rowdy
rowan berries
rojo
rumba dance
dipped in the splitting light
shaken by the wind jazz
water cleansing
the morning

for a moment

then the consternation
of the impatient weather
drives me away
to my thoughts
and my leaking shoes
