Sign of the times

Being a parks and recreation person, this sign just disappointed me. It is such a shame that we have to video monitor our parks! This was taken in La Crosse WI, where there is a fabulous park that gives you an overview of the entire city. It is a great place to go and enjoy the view. I just don't know what they would have to have under surveillance.
