Philip

I found this whilst thinking about not making Sunday Lunch! Philip liked a proper Sunday Roast and he was very good at making it! Being from Yorkshire, Yorkshire puddings were a must - regardless of what type of meat we were eating!!

This picture was taken this week end last year - and a mighty batch they were! He would always make 6 (even if it were just him eating them) and he would freeze the rest so he could have 'Uncle Philip's' from the freezer rather than 'Aunt Bessie's'!!
