Nice apology

On our outbound flight last month Mrs BH had a mini pack of crisps that were stale. Being a conscientious type of person she kept the wrapper and contacted the company when we got home. Not to complain so much as to tell them that they might have a problem somewhere along the line and that they should keep an eye on it to ensure they keep the business...

Anyway, they've only gone and sent us a whole blimming box of crisps by way of apology! Yay!!!
