Here comes the son...

And, indeed, the Sun!
It's been a good weekend. H came back from Paris on Thursday evening and M popped up from London on Friday evening. H left yesterday afternoon and M went back this afternoon. We had a nice family meal with my Mum on Friday after C spent Friday with H. M and I went out for a run yesterday. It was good to have everyone together for a short time.

I went out for a 10k this morning. I set out to have a gentle run but I still finished with a fastish mile or so.
