Bridge

We visited Hever Castle in Kent on Saturday. It was the childhood home of Anne Boleyn and is absolutely beautiful.
The gardens are fantastic to wander through and we were mostly lucky with the weather. The main reason we went there is because it has a proper maze! The kids have always wanted to visit a maze, and every time we find one it turns out to be about 3 foot high and quite rubbish. However, at Hever the Yew maze is too high to see over and quite challenging, There's also a water maze - one foot wrong and you get soaked!
You have no idea how much I wanted to yank that blue hosepipe out the water and fling it, if I had the patience I'd have a go at disappearing it with an editor.

Back to Eastbourne for the last night of the hols, then back to london for the train home on Sunday.
